Updated: 25 August 2026
Peptide prices can look very different depending on how a supplier sells them. A single-vial retail price, a 10-vial pack and a wholesale kit may all be quoted as a price per milligram, even though the buyer must commit to very different quantities and minimum spends.
This benchmark compares publicly listed research-peptide pricing using two measures together: effective USD per milligram and minimum order commitment. The aim is not to identify one universally cheapest supplier. It is to show how price changes across retail, low-MOQ 10-vial and wholesale-style buying models.
Key findings from the August 2026 snapshot
- Traditional single-vial and small-quantity retail listings were frequently several times higher per milligram than 10-vial pack pricing.
- Fixed 10-vial packs often reduced the effective price per milligram substantially without requiring very large wholesale quantities.
- Some wholesale-kit suppliers were cheaper than Peps In Bulk on a pure $/mg basis, while several conventional retail and published wholesale offers were materially more expensive.
- The lowest $/mg is not always the lowest commitment: minimum spend and required quantity need to be considered alongside unit economics.

Sample depth: every compound in the headline table now has at least five comparable observations, with most lanes at six or seven. The supplier set remains a transparent snapshot rather than a complete market census.
Peps In Bulk vs observed sample median
This visual compares Peps In Bulk’s effective price per milligram with the median of the current captured sample for each compound. Bar lengths are normalized within each compound pair, so they show the relative difference for that compound only rather than comparing absolute prices across different peptides.

Minimum commitment examples
The table below shows why minimum spend needs to sit next to price per milligram. A one-vial retail listing can have the lowest upfront spend but the highest unit cost, while a 10-vial kit can have a much lower $/mg with a larger quantity commitment.
| Compound | Supplier / model | Minimum order | Total mg at minimum | Minimum spend | Effective $/mg at minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 10 mg | Core Peptides — retail | 1 vial | 10 mg | $97 | $9.70 |
| BPC-157 10 mg | Peps In Bulk — 10-vial pack | 10 vials | 100 mg | $219 | $2.19 |
| BPC-157 10 mg | Peptide Technologies — wholesale kit | 10 vials | 100 mg | $54 | $0.54 |
| Tirzepatide 10 mg | Core Research Peptides — retail | 1 vial | 10 mg | $119 | $11.90 |
| Tirzepatide 10 mg | Peps In Bulk — 10-vial pack | 10 vials | 100 mg | $169 | $1.69 |
| Tirzepatide 10 mg | Supplier Peptide — 10-vial box | 10 vials | 100 mg | $50 | $0.50 |
| Retatrutide 10 mg | OrderReta — retail | 1 vial | 10 mg | $74 | $7.40 |
| Retatrutide 10 mg | Peps In Bulk — 10-vial pack | 10 vials | 100 mg | $259 | $2.59 |
| Retatrutide 10 mg | Supplier Peptide — 10-vial box | 10 vials | 100 mg | $88 | $0.88 |
These are public-listing examples captured on 25 August 2026. The purpose is to illustrate order economics, not to rank supplier quality. Shipping, tax, payment fees and temporary promotional codes are excluded.
Why minimum order changes the meaning of price
Price per milligram is useful, but by itself it can hide the amount a customer must actually buy. For example, one supplier may show a high single-vial price with a low minimum spend, while another may offer a much lower $/mg only when a full kit or wholesale quantity is purchased.
| Buying model | Typical order structure | What the price tells you | What it can hide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Retail | 1 vial minimum | Lowest upfront commitment | Often higher $/mg |
| Low-MOQ pack | 10-vial pack | Lower unit economics with moderate commitment | Higher upfront spend than one vial |
| Wholesale | 10-vial kits to much larger orders | Can produce the lowest $/mg | May require larger quantities, account approval or higher total commitment |

How the benchmark is calculated
- Public prices only. We record prices visible on supplier websites. Private quotations are excluded.
- USD normalization. Prices are recorded in US dollars for comparability.
- Same-strength comparisons where possible. A 10 mg vial is not compared directly with a 5 mg vial without normalizing by total milligrams.
- Effective $/mg. Benchmark price is divided by the total stated milligrams in the benchmark quantity.
- Published quantity tiers count. If a supplier publicly lists a 9+ or 10+ discount, the relevant published tier is used when modeling a 10-vial order.
- Temporary coupon codes are excluded. Sitewide promotional codes, affiliate coupons and limited-time banners are not used unless they form part of the supplier’s published quantity pricing.
- Minimum commitment is recorded separately. A low $/mg does not imply a low minimum spend.
- Testing references are descriptive only. A public COA or testing claim is recorded as an availability signal, not independently validated as part of this pricing study.
How this differs from existing peptide price indexes
Existing market trackers already do a good job of normalizing public peptide prices. Pep-Index, for example, states that it tracks listed prices and converts comparable variants to dollars per milligram. PeptideBenchmark publishes a much larger market dataset and, in its August 2026 report, tracks median effective $/mg across thousands of offers.
This page is intentionally narrower. Its purpose is to put minimum commitment next to $/mg, so a one-vial retail offer, a 10-vial pack and a wholesale order are not treated as economically identical simply because they can all be reduced to one unit-price number.

Current market context
For context, PeptideBenchmark’s August 2026 market report lists median effective prices of $5.40/mg for BPC-157, $6.20/mg for TB-500, $0.654/mg for GHK-Cu, $7.00/mg for Tesamorelin and $5.90/mg for Ipamorelin across its much larger tracked dataset. Those figures are not directly substituted into our sample because the methodologies and vendor cohorts differ, but they provide a useful external reference point.
Limitations
- This is a snapshot of publicly displayed listing prices, not completed transaction prices.
- Prices, inventory, pack sizes and quantity discounts can change without notice.
- Shipping, tax, payment fees and private negotiated pricing are excluded.
- The supplier sample is intentionally transparent but not exhaustive.
- Low-cost wholesale listings and premium retail listings are both included where sufficiently comparable data was available.
- Price does not measure purity, identity, service quality, shipping performance or suitability for any particular research purpose.
Update schedule
We intend to update this benchmark periodically rather than create a new URL for each edition. Future revisions will expand the number of suppliers and comparable compounds while preserving the methodology and historical update notes.
