Payment questions
We use secure third-party payment providers so customers can complete checkout using the available card, wallet, and crypto payment options shown during checkout. Your order total is shown in USD, and your order is updated once payment is completed.
How does payment work?

At checkout, you can choose from the available payment options shown to you. These include debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin/BTC, or USDT.
If you choose card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, you may be taken to a secure external payment window. From there, you can choose from the available payment providers shown to you and complete the payment through that provider.
For card and wallet payments, the provider handles the process of converting the payment into the required USDC amount in the background. You do not need to manually calculate anything, copy wallet addresses, or send USDC yourself.
If you already have an account with one of the available providers, the payment may be very quick. If not, the provider may ask you to complete a short checkout or account setup before the payment is processed.
Do I need to already own crypto?

No, not if you are paying by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or through a supported provider shown during checkout.
If you choose Bitcoin/BTC or USDT directly, then you will need to be able to send that payment from your own crypto wallet or account.
Why am I being taken to another payment page?

This is normal. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some provider-based payments are completed through a secure external payment window.
The external window allows you to choose an available payment provider and complete the payment safely. Once the payment is successful, your order is updated automatically.
What is USDC and why is it involved?

USDC is a digital dollar stablecoin designed to track the value of the US dollar.
USDC is not a direct checkout option on our website. It may be used in the background by the external provider when you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another supported provider option. The provider handles that process for you.
Can I pay directly with Bitcoin or USDT?

Yes. If you choose Bitcoin/BTC or USDT at checkout, follow the payment instructions shown on the payment page and send the required amount using your own wallet or crypto account.
What happens after I complete payment?

Once payment is successful, your order will be updated in our system and processed as normal.
You will also receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
I completed payment but was not redirected back to the website. Is my order still confirmed?

Yes. As long as the payment was successful and you received your order confirmation email, your order has been received.
Some external payment providers may not automatically redirect you back to our website after payment. If that happens, you can simply close the payment window after the payment is confirmed.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you do not see it straight away, please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder.
Which payment providers are available?

Available providers may vary depending on your country, device, payment method, and provider availability.
Depending on your checkout option, you may see providers such as Revolut, Crypto.com, Ramp, MoonPay, Transak, Banxa, or other supported providers. Not every option will appear for every customer.
What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment does not go through, try the following:
- Choose another payment provider shown at checkout.
- Try another card or wallet option.
- Check that your bank has not blocked the transaction.
- Try again from another browser or device.
Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details on our website.
