This Refund and Returns Policy applies to purchases made through https://pepsinbulk.com.
Due to the nature of the products we supply, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, ordering the wrong product, or no longer needing the product after purchase.
Returns or refunds may only be considered where an item is damaged on arrival, defective, incorrect, missing from your order, or materially different from what was purchased.
To request a return, refund, replacement, or order review, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, unless the issue relates to damage or defect discovered on arrival. The item must also be in its original packaging where applicable.

Non-returnable items

To complete a return or refund request, we require proof of purchase, your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or defect.
Please do not send any item back unless we have approved the return and provided return instructions. Items returned without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@pepsinbulk.com.
Please include your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos or videos showing the product, outer packaging, inner packaging, shipping label, and any damage or defect.
Once we review the information provided, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances.
We may require the item to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds
Once your refund request or returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the payment method or refund method we consider appropriate based on the original transaction and the circumstances of the order.
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds may be issued in cryptocurrency, store credit, or another agreed method. Any refund amount may be calculated based on the original order value paid at the time of purchase, not based on later changes in cryptocurrency value, exchange rates, network fees, or market fluctuations.
Network fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable unless we decide otherwise at our discretion or where the issue was caused by our error.

Late or missing refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it, please first check the relevant wallet, account, payment provider, or financial institution connected to the refund method.
Some refunds may take additional time to process depending on the payment provider, blockchain network, bank, or other third-party service involved.

Sale items
Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described.
Exchanges and replacements
We only replace items where they are damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from what was ordered.
If a replacement is approved, we will provide further instructions by email. Replacement availability may depend on stock levels, supplier availability, shipping conditions, and fulfilment timelines.
If the same item is not available, we may offer a refund, store credit, alternative product, or another reasonable solution.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed, packed, dispatched, or submitted to a supplier or fulfilment provider.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel it. If a cancellation is requested after processing has started, approval will be at our discretion.
If an approved cancellation involves cryptocurrency or third-party payment costs, any network fees, transaction fees, or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Shipping returns
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. Do not send products back to any address unless we have provided written return instructions.
You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is required due to our error, an incorrect item, or a verified defect or damage issue.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we decide otherwise at our discretion or where the issue was caused by our error.
If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not received.
Refused, failed, or undeliverable deliveries
If an order is refused, returned to sender, abandoned, held by customs, delayed due to incorrect delivery details, or cannot be delivered because of customer-provided information, we may not be able to offer a refund.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and ensure that the products ordered can be received at the destination address.
Any additional shipping fees, return fees, customs fees, storage fees, transaction fees, or reshipment costs may be deducted from any approved refund or charged before reshipment.
